Join our group for regular sessions to study and practice Taiji (Tai Chi).
Improved awareness of the body, ability to shut down the over-active superficial mind, and a deeper awareness of Self arising are only some of the benefits of a regular practice.

What to expect
We recommend anyone who wants to start practicing to watch a class first. Each class is structured as follows:
- 15’ Loosening exercises
- 15’ Form practice
- 15’ Form in detail study and review
- 30’ Pushing hands
- 15’ Guided meditation
It is necessary to attend the classes on a weekly basis. At the current stage, 3 weekly classes are available. Students may choose to attend any class or all of them — recommended.
